Project Description

A rarity in our business is finding a home that already has the space it needs to expand rooms and reorganize its plan. We updated a very small, heavily trafficked kitchen by expanding into the existing dining room. Where did the dining room go? It slid further back in the plan to utilize an underdeveloped portion of a previous family room addition. A front portico and a bay window along with a new roof pitch over the garage helped deal with the home’s previous curb appeal issues.
